For affected environments: - The platform may be temporarily unavailable for up to 30 minutes. - All running processes will be stopped during the maintenance window. - No data will be lost; all scheduled tasks will automatically resume once maintenance is completed.

We have identified an issue with our upstream provider that is impacting access to http://www.alumio.com. This issue does not affect the Alumio product. The product is hosted in a different datacenter and is not related to the homepage outage.
